Golden — The Compassionate Grounding Experience for ADHD & AuDHD Women
Your ADHD brain is brilliant… and also so busy.

You have too many mental tabs open, feeling everything deeply, being overwhelmed by decisions, spreading yourself too thin from people-pleasing and not saying no, or masking who you really are so other people won't think you're "too much" or "not enough"...

...and that combined with the constant sense of “I should be doing more” is making you vulnerable for burnout

Golden is the moment you stop “holding it all together” and finally let yourself be held, receiving care and kindness for YOURSELF too.

From scattered and overstimulated → to grounded, focused, and sparking a golden glow of excitement, joy... feeling like yourself again!

If you’ve loved the ADHD Nervous System Reset, you already know how good it feels to pause - once you give yourself the permission to do it.

A calmer nervous system IS possible - but sustaining it in everyday life is the hard bit when you struggle with consistency!

What if you could take that calm off the screen and into a beautiful real-life space, surrounded by women who get it - no masking, no overexplaining, no pretending you’ve got it all together?

Golden is the next step - the bridge between The Reset and Burn Bright - designed to help you integrate what you’ve learned, build habits that last, and reconnect with yourself before the next wave of busyness hits.
Why Golden?

I invite you — brilliant female leader or ambitious business owner — to a nourishing private dining experience with Clinical Psychologist and ADHD expert Michaela Thomas.

Only ten women can fit around the table, and spaces are already being reserved.

Think back to the last time you worked in a gorgeous co-working space with lush drinks — how energised you felt. Being in the right spaces, with the right people, stimulates our ADHD brains, sparking creativity, connection, and visionary ideas.

But you can’t always keep going up, up, up (like in the K-pop song Golden). First you need to tune inwards and go down into rest. That’s what this day is about: restorative presence, without pressure to sit still if your body wants to fidget.

This in-person day is the culmination of The Reset — where the small shifts you’ve been practicing all week come alive in community, giving you the energy, clarity, and commitment to make them stick.

In this intimate half-day experience, you’ll receive…
Simple, evidence-based practices of rest, recovery & joy
Permission slips without guilt (finally!)
Playfulness & creativity to lighten your work and life
The beginnings of validating friendship & emotional safety
One meaningful decision, clarified
New regulation strategies you can use immediately
A renewed capacity & self-trust you feel right away

Book now to claim your seat at the table - because once the 10 spots are gone, they’re gone.

"I took away that I’m not alone. These things are real and it’s not just me. And it’s ok. I can be me. I’m not the only one learning how to be themselves. I never thought I liked ‘community’ -  I always feel a sense of dread when people talk about building one… but maybe deep down I’ve never felt like I belonged in one and for the first time, I think I might feel what that feels like and it feels like I’ve just found my people. Like they’ve been hidden in plain sight all my life."

"

Michaela, thank you so much for today. What a lovely way to connect with other like minded people, and hold space for myself alongside that. Something I know I need to do more of in ways that are enriching and playful. I hugely admire your ability to be present with us all, your vulnerability and your willingness to push us to think deeply about what matters to us most. It’s all percolating away as I sit on the train journey home. Thank you also to all the other lovely women who were present - it was wonderful to connect with others who were so open and authentic too. What a powerful space you created "

Meet Your Host
Michaela Thomas

Swedish-born and UK-based, I’m a Clinical Psychologist and AuDHD coach who blends science with compassion, fun, and the occasional burst of random dancing and watercolours.

I work with brilliant, driven, emotionally intelligent women who are exhausted from second-guessing themselves, holding everything, and burning bright for everyone but themselves.

You might come here looking for structure and tools - but what you’ll also find is a space to breathe, unmask, and finally work with your brain, not against it.

I’ve written a bestselling book, run a thriving private practice, and host a podcast in the top 2%. But what matters most to me is helping women like you realise: you can follow your ambition without drowning in exhaustion.

Also yes, I believe joy, play, raccoon memes and rainbow dresses are almost magic.
