Swedish-born and UK-based, I’m a Clinical Psychologist and AuDHD coach - blending science with compassion, fun, and the occasional burst of random dancing and watercolours.

 I believe you deserve to be as kind to yourself as you are to everyone else - especially when life and family chaos feel overwhelming.

 I work with brilliant, driven, and emotionally intelligent women who are tired of second-guessing themselves or running headfirst into burnout.

 You might come here looking for strategies and structure, but what you’ll also find is a space to breathe, unmask, and finally work with your brain, not against it.

 Along the way, I’ve written a bestselling book, hosted a successful podcast, and built a thriving business - but honestly, what matters most to me is helping women like you realise that you can follow your passion and ambition without drowning in exhaustion.

 And yes, I also believe that singing, rainbow dresses, and raccoon memes are deeply therapeutic - because joy and silliness are medicine too.
