What it is:
Your chance to work on Project You and not just Project Everyone Else, before launching into a busy Summer.

This is a mini group coaching programme to help ambitious women create more space for themselves and set up simple tools and actions to calm the overwhelm which creeps in when you drift away from your self-care habits - as we all do! 

This is small shifts for big impact - if you use it!

What you get:

You get 5 group coaching sessions on Zoom with maximum 12 women, one a week for the month of June and the final one in September to help you evaluate what you've implemented and what you've drifted off track with. 

Each coaching session is themed – one on Pause, one on Purpose, one on Play, one on Permission to unlock you actually allowing yourself to use the practices you've been taught. 

You will learn simple pausing and noticing techniques which don't give you an icky woo feeling, as they are rooted in neuroscience and evidence-based psychology practices.

You'll get clear on your core values and give you the permission to invite in more FUN into your life!

Who it's for:
For ambitious business women and female entrepreneurs wanting more balance, meaning, and fun in their lives - and preventing burnout in life, work and parenting!

Who it's facilitated by:
You'll be guided by Clinical Psychologist and Coach Michaela Thomas, who has spent 20 years in psychology working with high-striving and overfunctioning ambitious women who are senior leaders and entrepreneurs of successful businesses.

Having been diagnosed with ADHD, Michaela has understood why she experienced burnout when working in the NHS - and why it is now a non-negotiable for her to use self-compassion practices to avoid burnout as the owner of a private psychology business and the mother of two young children.

You'll get to tap into the very framework Michaela uses to ease perfectionism and prevent burnout with her 1:1 clients and discusses on the top 2% award winning podcast Pause Purpose Play with Michaela Thomas.

Why now:
We are approaching Summer holidays, a prime time for burnout due to having children off school, juggling work with holidays, and the pressure to have a "perfect" time. Entering Summer with the permission to meet your own needs to could make this Summer one that restores you rather than depletes you!

Why one month: 
To kickstart Project You and help you earmark the time and make the reflections and actions a priority before the Summer, giving you a week on each theme to absorb insights and take action.
