When it’s time to go home, you almost don’t want to break the spell.
That’s why I've included a follow-up 1:1 with me a month after the retreat - helping you stay true to the intentions you set while you were there.
- Do I need to be diagnosed ADHD or AuDHD?No.
Many women are self-identified or exploring neurodivergence. What matters most is that you recognise yourself in the experience of bright, busy thinking and emotional intensity.
This retreat is designed primarily for ADHD and AuDHD women, particularly those who resonate with bright, busy minds and high emotional sensitivity. - Is this a therapy retreat? No.
Michaela is a Clinical Psychologist, but this retreat is not therapy.
It is a supportive, reflective experience combining coaching, connection, rest and nature. - Will there be a strict schedule? No.
There will be optional sessions and shared moments, but the retreat is intentionally spacious.
You’re encouraged to listen to what your body and brain need. - How many people will attend? The retreat is intentionally small.
This allows for deeper connection and meaningful conversations. - What is included in the price?Your place includes:
accommodation
all meals
coaching sessions
nature activities
sauna and hot tub
follow-up coaching call.
Flights are not included. - How do I get there? The retreat takes place near Borås in rural Sweden, about 40 minutes from Gothenburg Landvetter Airport.
Transport to the retreat venue can be arranged.
Closer to the retreat date we’ll create a small group chat so guests arriving around similar times can travel together if they’d like.
Flights are not included in the retreat price. We recommend booking flights once your retreat place is confirmed. - Do you know flight times from Heathrow? Our recommended flight from LHR via British Airways is currently £161.
Leaving LHR at 14.15 and arriving at Gothenberg at 17.15
Return flights:
Options of 10am, or choosing the later flight of 6.20pm (and get bonus time exploring Sweden with Michaela) - What if I’m introverted and need downtime? Many participants are.
There is plenty of quiet space available, and you can take time alone whenever you need - you can always step away, rest, or spend time alone in nature.
This retreat is designed to respect your nervous system. - What food will be provided? Can dietary requirements be accommodated? All meals during the retreat are included.
Food will be nourishing, balanced and supportive for energy and focus.
Meals will be shared together around the table, a relaxed space for connection and conversation.
There will be a space to note any dietary requirements when you book so we can plan accordingly. - What are the rooms like? Each guest will have their own bed in a shared twin room.
Rooms are comfortable, calm and designed to give you space to rest and recharge.
Sharing also helps keep the retreat intimate and accessible while still giving everyone their own personal sleeping space. - Can I request a specific roommate? If you’re attending with a friend you can absolutely request to share a room.
Otherwise, rooms will be thoughtfully allocated. - How do I secure my place?Your place is secured once payment is completed through the booking page.
Because the retreat is small and spaces are limited, places are offered on a first-come basis. - What is the cancellation policy?Due to accommodation and food being booked in advance, retreat places are non-refundable.
However if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another suitable participant if agreed in advance. - What should I bring?A full packing guide will be sent closer to the retreat date, but generally you’ll want:
comfortable clothes
walking shoes
swimwear for the hot tub / lake
a journal or notebook
a book you want to read purely for pleasure. - Will there be Wi-Fi?Yes, but this retreat encourages stepping away from constant notifications where possible.
Many guests find the space away from everyday digital noise deeply refreshing.

(Sunday includes an optional joint transport into the cute city of Borås for a slow meandering through Swedish cafe culture (fika!), before travelling to Landvetter airport for the suggested 18.20 departure to London Heathrow)
However, for the retreat to feel most restful, we encourage everyone to treat themselves to having their own space!)

Meet Your Host

Swedish-born and UK-based, I’m a Clinical Psychologist and AuDHD coach who blends science with compassion, fun, and the occasional burst of random dancing and watercolours.
I work with brilliant, driven, emotionally intelligent women who are exhausted from second-guessing themselves, holding everything, and burning bright for everyone but themselves.
You might come here looking for structure and tools - but what you’ll also find is a space to breathe, unmask, and finally work with your brain, not against it.
I’ve written a bestselling book, run a thriving private practice, and host a podcast in the top 2%.
But what matters most to me is helping women like you realise:
you can follow your ambition without drowning in exhaustion.
Also yes, I believe joy, play, raccoon memes and rainbow dresses are almost magic.

"
Michaela, thank you so much for today. What a lovely way to connect with other like minded people, and hold space for myself alongside that. Something I know I need to do more of in ways that are enriching and playful.
I hugely admire your ability to be present with us all, your vulnerability and your willingness to push us to think deeply about what matters to us most.
It’s all percolating away as I sit on the train journey home.
Thank you also to all the other lovely women who were present - it was wonderful to connect with others who were so open and authentic too.
What a powerful space you created
"
"I took away that I’m not alone. These things are real and it’s not just me. And it’s ok. I can be me. I’m not the only one learning how to be themselves. I never thought I liked ‘community’ - I always feel a sense of dread when people talk about building one… but maybe deep down I’ve never felt like I belonged in one and for the first time, I think I might feel what that feels like and it feels like I’ve just found my people. Like they’ve been hidden in plain sight all my life."
